‘Truffled Brie De Meaux on crispy baguette served with onion jam’- decadent, yet delicious. Try this dish with the signature cocktail ‘Pickering’s Palm’, the revolutionary handcrafted tiki-style cocktail.
“Cecina de Leon”, smoked & cured beef, salsa rojo’ – is perfect when accompanied with signature cocktails such as ‘The Wisdom on Pearls’ as well as the ‘Scent of the Souk’.
Accompany the ‘Ratte Potato and Mozzarella Croquette with sundried tomato pesto’ with the enchanting ‘Rub Al Khali’.
