Reinventing and reintroducing classics from the region, the palatable menu is curated by Chef Maroun Chedid of Top Chef fame, who is known for his passion for all things culinary and the Mediterranean.

The décor and style of the space – a brainchild of the UAE-based design icon Pallavi Dean – reflects the marriage of the richness, diversity and beauty of the Mediterranean landscape with the contemporary aesthetic of Arabesque design patterns.
