The two-day event organised by mada and SADAD Payment, showcased different technological solutions focusing on digital economy, blockchain, mobile payments and artificial intelligence within the ecommerce space. Ali Nanji, Industry Principal, Banking & Capital Markets and Insurance, discussed how go-to devices play an important role for consumers in Saudi Arabia and how devices can make an integral part of brand loyalty experience.
