[Dubai, UAE – 17 April 2019] This May, Scalini Dubai will bemarking the Holy Month of Ramadan with a special menu, bringing friends and family together at Iftar for a delicious three-course meal. Changing on a weekly basis, the menu is priced at, providing all guests with a wide variety of Scalini’s best-selling dishes.
With a non-intrusive, subtle division of the restaurant, Scalini will ensure that those fasting are kept out of sight from alcoholic products so that all customers can enjoy their experience safe in the knowledge that their preferences are respected and catered for.
Offering a selection of special authentic Italian dishes, the Iftar menu will begin with a choice of starters including Burrata con Datterini (burrata with cherry tomatoes), Calamari Fritti (calamari fried in a light tempura and served with Tartar sauce), Bresaola con Ricotta (cured sliced fillet of beef with ricotta cheese), and Funghi di Bosco Barbecue (assorted sautéed mushrooms) to name a few.
To follow, guests will be served the chef’s surprise which has been specially created by Executive Chef Monserrato Marini, before their choice of main course. Dishes include fresh pasta such as the Penne all Arrabiata, a homemade beef Lasagne, or Gnocchi dellaNonna with a selection of sauces. Those looking for a protein fix can opt for the PollastrinoallaGriglia, a whole baby chicken grilled in the josper oven with herbs and roasted potatoes, or the Salmone al Cartoccio con Gamberetti, oven baked fillet of salmon served with butter, lemon and shrimps.
For dessert, Scalini Dubai will be serving a choice of its acclaimed Tiramisu, Cheese Flan and Fruit Salad to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Guests can enjoy Ramadanunder the stars on Scalini’s fully air-conditioned terrace which will be open throughout the summer months, giving diners the feel of true al-fresco Italian dining.
