KHAYMAT AL BAHAR
The culinary team at the authentic family-style Lebanese dining destination has crafted a ‘True Taste of Lebanon’ lunch set menu, consisting of a choice of three starters, a main course with a side of hot bread and dessert.
Starters include a selection of Lebanese favourites, such as hummous; moutabel; tabbouleh; fattoush; baba ghanouj; stuffed vine leaves; labneh with mint; and batata harra. From the grill, diners have the option of beef sausages with tomato sauce; a mixed grill of lamb kebab, grilled kofta and shish taouk; or arayes. For dessert, a choice of milk cream with honey and pistachio nuts, or cream pudding with pistachio nuts is available.
The ‘True Taste of Lebanon’ menu is available from 1pm to 7pm every day until 31 August for AED150 per person.
Journey through Madinat Jumeirah’s idyllic waterways toJumeirah Al Qasr’s award-winning Thai restaurantwhere athree-course summer set menu for AED180 per person awaits. Designed by celebrated Chef Aphichat Amatmontri, the limited-edition ‘Sunset’ menu comprises true Thai classics served with the signature Pai Thai touch.
Diners can choose from a selection of three starters, includingplha nuea ma khua pho – grilled beef salad with Thai eggplant, chili paste, garlic and lemon dressing; sate gai – grilled marinated chicken sate, coconut milk, lemongrass and peanut sauce; or som tam je – green papaya salad with tomato, apple, cashew nuts and tamarind dressing.
A choice of main courses include phad phed nuea – wok fried beef red curry with long beans, Thai eggplant, coconut shoot, green pepper corn, red chili and sweet basil; gaeng khiew wan gai – green chicken curry with Thai eggplant, coconut shoot and Thai basil; gaeng khiew wan phak–vegetable green curry with tofu, Thai eggplant, mushroom and Thai basil; or phad thai je – vegetable Thai noodles with tofu, bean sprouts and tamarind sauce.
Finish on a sweet note with a choice of two desserts, including tap tim krob – crispy water chestnut with sugar syrup, coconut milk and crushed ice; or pholla mai ruam – a selection of tropical fruits.
The ‘Sunset’ menu isavailable from 6:30-8:30pm every dayuntil 10 August for AED180 per person.
Mamma mia – the popular Italian eatery on the waterfront in Souk Madinat Jumeirah is curating a range of summer deliciousness in keeping with its authentic atmosphere.

The Noodle House – the UAE’s homegrown Asian soul food concept – is launching a great value-for-money three-course meal all through July and August. Guests can mix it up and enjoy multiple Asian cuisine favourites when choosing one appetizer, one main dish from the BAO, WET, WOK, UMAMI or SIAB sections of the menu and one dessert – all for just AED99 per person.
The award-winning Italian restaurant nestled in the meandering waterways and summer houses of Madinat Jumeirah, is turning up the seasonal heat with an all-new, limited-edition ‘Italian Delights’ summer menu comprising of numerous classics with a price of only AED150 per person.
The three-course menu features a selection of the restaurant’s best-sellers, including Pate di Fegato di Pollo (chicken liver paté with sour cherry and pistachio); Fritto Misto di Pesce (deep fried calamari, shrimps, cream dory and zucchini); or the Capresedi Bufala (Buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes and basil oil).For mains, guests can tuck into Tagliatelle alla Bolognese; Spaghetti Carbonara; Tagliata di Manzo con Rucola (beef striploin tagliata style with rocket, cherry tomatoes and parmesan); or Spaghetti Aglio (Spaghetti with extra virgin olive oil, chili and garlic).
