23rd July, Dubai, 2019: A dynamic XFit 3-in-1 studio has opened in Town Centre, which brings together three unique concepts including lifting, boxing and high intensity conditioning. Scaling new heights of fitness innovation and expertise, the new studio offers a variety of specialised classes, ensuring no workout is ever the same.
With three studios in one place; also known as ‘The Box’, each studio covers three zones: LIFT, BOX and HIIT, all of which guarantee a unique variety of fun, high intensity and dynamic workouts, designed to achieve maximum results in a short space of time.
XFit members can choose from over 10 specialist classes including X60, BOXX, Smash and Lift, that are proven to improve your cardio and overall agility to ensure you get fit, fast and lean. The dynamic XFit coaches offer a full range of motion, warm-up movements to complement specific classes and adapt workout movements to match individual capabilities. LIFT: This Olympic lifting, gymnastics conditioning and functional strength based programme will improve your strength, develop your lifting technique and refine your gymnastics skill set, as well as increase your overall fitness conditioning (60 min class)
SMASH: An intense strength and conditioning class, this programme focuses on maximising your effort using dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight movements, to ensure your overall strength and fitness conditioning improves (60 min class)
LOSE WEIGHT, BURN CALORIES, GET FIT, IMPROVE YOUR CARDIO
X45: Endurance conditioning workout focusing on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The Program is guaranteed to burn +600 calories a class! Run, Air Bike, Ski and Move in blocks of 45 seconds of work 15 seconds recovery.
X60: X45’s older brother is an intense programme that will take you to a new level of endurance conditioning, while focusing on torching those calories with an extreme high intensity interval training programme. Broken into blocks of 60 seconds with no breaks, this class really will put your body to the test! (45 min class)
X75: Known as the ‘Daddy’ of the XFit cardio conditioning classes, this programme is designed to take you to your limits and build a completely new understanding of your endurance capabilities. The high intensity internal training programme focuses on running, air bike, ski and body weight or resistance movement and works in blocks of 75 seconds worth of work with 15 seconds recovery. (60 min class)
IMPROVE YOUR STRIKING SKILLS, HIT SOMETHING, GET FIT, GET FAST, GET LEAN
BOXX: This high intensity boxing conditioning programme develops boxing combinations, body weight boxing conditioning drills and improves overall striking contact using boxing bags

SUPER SATURDAY: Super Saturday focuses on longer workouts to increase strength, endurance and cardio stamina. Fast paced and challenging Super Saturday is an awesome way to burn those extra weekend calories.
STRONGMAN: This 60-minute strength based programme focuses on a selection of intervals from functional pushing and pulling movements using large equipment. The strongman class is designed to improve your overall strength and challenge self believe and determination.
GYMNASTX: A bodyweight workout for all levels this specialised class improves flexibility, helps to develop a greater ROM and works to strengthen bones, improve coordination and is excellent for strength development and discipline.

DOUBLE X: Double X combines two studios – cardio conditioning and functional lifting and focuses on functional muscular strength development and cardiovascular conditioning to ensure a fantastic workout. 60 min class
