Leading journalists and influencers of the UAE were taken on an enchanting journey through the Mediterranean coast and welcomed with a refreshing ginger mint lemonade that works as a palate cleanser with a sorbet feel to savor the meal, followed by a sharing style tasting menu featuring Spanacopita, Crispy Short Ribs, and Saffron Risotto among other delectable offerings. The grand finale tantalized many a sweet tooth with visually extravagant desserts; Bougatsa, freshly baked Apple cake, Greek semolina and orange tart, Olive oil chocolate sponge; all served with homemade ice creams and exquisite sauces.
