Adding To Its Culinary Theatre, Doors Freestyle Grill Is Rolling Out a Five-Course Menu With Several New Melt-In-Your-Mouth Dishes
Dubai, UAE – 08 October 2019:Diners can now embark on a sensory adventure at Doors Freestyle Grill, Dubai’s finest culinary theatre nestled by the Al Seef waterfront promenade, with the launch of their all-new ‘Five Senses’ Menu.
The culinary experts at the popular steakhouse and seafood restaurant, have curated a dining journey that taps into all the senses showcasing the venue’s premium-cuts, fresh seafood and signature dishes with even more culinary theatre.

Starting off the journey is an Avocado Salad served with, cucumber, blueberry and apple dressing designed to tease the taste buds and whet one’s appetite. This is then followed by the fusion styleBeef Tataki made with thin slices of Wagyu meat, served with mirin, ginger, chili and Doors’ classic sauce – a flavourful combination inspired by scents that further tickle the senses.The third course, Doors Iskander, is a crowd pleaser, made usingthin slices of grilled beef tenderloin, garnished with cherry tomatoes and yoghurt, seasoned and finished at the table – providing a real feast for the eyes and the ‘gram.
The fourth course promises a show and tell that captivates one’s sense of taste, smell, sight and touch – The Lamb Neck. This highlight dish is slow cooked for eight hours using a carefully guarded Doors marination and is then cut and served at the table with flair. Depending on each guest’s preference, the chef at the table hands feeds the guest their first bite allowing them to experience this melt-in-your-mouth signature special.
The sweet finale is as decadent as the rest of the journey with a sharing platter featuring the Chef’s selection of desserts served over dry ice. Priced at AED 800 for two, the Five Senses menu offers guests an immersivedining experience where food is just one element of the whole evening.
