The International Real Estate and Investment Show (IREIS) aims to enhance the attractiveness of the real estate market and sector in Abu Dhabi Emirate
Abu Dhabi 30thOctober 2019: The Department of Urban Planning and Municipalities (DPM) is participating as a strategic partner in the 11th edition of the International Real Estate and Investment Exhibition(IREIS2019), which will be held from 30 October to 1 November at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
The DPM’s participation during the three-day event, alongside more than 100 exhibitors from across the world,aims to help drive development of the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi. Visitors will also get all the latest updates on Abu Dhabi real estate developments.
The exhibition will help strengthen the DPM’srapport with all stakeholders and strategic partners, and build successful and valuable partnerships with investors in one of the most vital sectors of Abu Dhabi’s economy.
The DPM aims to shed light on itslatest publications, manuals and regulations about the real estate sector in the Emirate, and provide several insightful talks and presentations on the leases and mortgages registration process. There will also be information kiosks about the lease renewal process and a step-by-step guide on buying real estate units in Abu Dhabi.
Focus will also be on educating buyers on the real estate laws and regulations, and enhancing their confidence across this sector. For investors, the DPM will strive to enhance attractiveness of the Emirate’s real estate market through its presentations and discussion panels.
Part of the DPM’s agenda during the event, will revolve around raising tenants’ awareness of their rights and obligations, as well as providing updates onAbu Dhabi’s land and real estate services.
H.E. Majed Al Jaberi, Acting Executive Director of the Real Estate Sector at DPM, said: “As a strategic partner, our participation in IREIS 2019 is part of our efforts to enhance attractiveness of the real estate sector and market in Abu Dhabi across both regional and international levels.”
“The DPM’s participation aims to raise levels of transparency of real estate market data, simplify the investors’ journey, and provide integrated data for investors, real estate developers and landowners to enable them to contribute to the economic and social integrated development of Abu Dhabi.
H.E. added: “The exhibition is also an opportunity for us to exchange experiences and build strong partnerships with all stakeholders in the real estate sector, and contribute to increasing our global competitiveness by working on innovative and outstanding projects that will effectively support the position of Abu Dhabi as a global leader in the real estate sector.”
H.E. also highlighted that the DPM will also raise awareness of its hosting of the 10th World Urban Forum 2020, which addresses the issues of sustainable urban development and its impact on social, economic and environmental policies within communities and cities.
