Billionaire breaks the mold with a bold new approach to fine dining, entertainment and extravagant escapism.
Dubai, UAE, 3rd November 2020 | Billionaire Dubai needs to be experienced to be believed. This thrilling nocturnal adventure has made its much-anticipated debut at its new home in Taj Dubai. Offering guests an evening of pure escapism, Billionaire Dubai boldly steers away from the standard dining experiences the city has to offer, by pairing its extraordinary Grand Show with an exquisite culinary experience, enjoyed in the most mesmerizing of settings. In a city that’s always hungry for more, Billionaire is shaking up the hospitality scene with a unique approach that offers everything you need to immerse yourself in an unforgettable night.
World-renowned F1 legend, Flavio Briatore has been enthralling guests since the launch of the first Billionaire in Porto Cervo in 1998. With its perfect blend of food and entertainment, paired with an electrifying atmosphere, it is a spectacle unlike anything you’ve seen before. Scouring the globe for the best of the best, Billionaire Dubai’s Artistic Production Director, Montserrat (Montse) Moré, formerly of Cirque Du Soleil, has brought together a cast of the world’s most talented dancers, singers and acrobats in a show that transports guests to wonderous land of unadulterated fun.
Sharing centre stage, Celebrity Chef Bauthan Piatti Zeynioglu has created a phenomenal à la carte menu that combines New-Asian modernity and Italian authenticity. The menu is as plentiful as it is resplendent, taking guests on a culinary journey of discovery with flavorsome surprises around every corner.
The experience begins with the likes of Wagyu beef carpaccio, phyllo pastry with wasabi mayo that offers a delightful marriage of textures and flavours and guacamole that is prepared right at the table. The steamed buns with spicy Galbi Wagyu beef are cloud-like in texture; light and fluffy, giving the tender meat its moment in the spotlight.
Billionaire serves up an impressive home-made pasta and risotto selection with the spinach and ricotta ravioli with butter and sage sauce and maltagliati pasta with spiny lobster proving delectably satisfying dishes. The mains are equally as glorious; the miso marinated Alaskan black cod is a delightful treat for the palate, with every bite of the succulent and slightly sweet cod melting in your mouth. Alternatively, the mouth-watering 4 season wagyu rib eye is cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavour.
The New-Asian menu boasts an array of the freshest sushi, sashimi and maki rolls, with the Billionaire sashimi & maki selection (24 pieces) proving the ultimate showstopper. For that added touch of extravagance, why not elevate the experience even further with extra truffle shavings and the finest selection of caviar.
Open daily from 9pm, Billionaire Dubai is a feast for all of the senses, taking guests on an electrifying adventure, with the opening weekend of the Billionaire Grand Show having stunned, surprised and exhilarated audiences.
