4th DecoBuild kicks off in Dubai with over 55 exhibitors offering attractive prices

The 4th edition of Housing, Building Materials, Decoration& Engineering Consultancy Exhibition “DecoBuild 2020”, organized by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, MRHE, has kicked off this Thursday in Dubai amid the participation of over 55 exhibiting companies.

The three-day event, which is being held at Elbait Metwahid, Al Warqa 4, Dubai, provides a perfect for citizens through the low and affordable prices that suit various budgets and within the limits of the grants and loans obtained by citizens from housing agencies in the country.

The event showcases the latest technologies and the innovative materials, solutions, and systems in the real estate sector, giving visitors the chance to compare between all the offers to choose the best that suits their desires.

The exhibiting companies offer visitors the integrated Emirati home model with all amenities and basic services, in addition to providing sophisticated structural and architectural designs developed by housing consultants to reduce fees for consulting offices and speed up the construction process.

His Excellency Sami Gargash, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, said that the goal behind DecoBuild is simplify housing construction procedures for citizens according to the highest quality levels and within the specified time and budget, pointing out that The rate of reservation of exhibiting companies reached 100%, reflecting the growing position reached by “Decobild”, and confirming its importance as an annual event that the MRHE is committed to organizing annually.
