– Cozza, one of Riccardo Giraudi’s creations, has been transformed into IZAKAYA COZZA – a hybrid place where traditional Japanese dishes such as ramen, robata and rolls, are revisited with an Italian twist.
Izakaya Cozza is an intimate and charming place, halfway between modernity and timelessness. The restaurant’s decor associates shades of blue, white marble, graphic tiles, brass & warm lights. The open kitchen allows you to have a closer look at the preparation process.
Exclusively in Monaco, the menu is made of sautéed ramens or ramen soup with egg, spring onions and fried onions. Locally-inspired gyozas, zensai (starters) including the famous tuna tartare on crispy rice, the king crab and avocado salad and a selection of Mediterranean tempura for 2 are also served, followed by rolls like the Magari Maguro with tuna and mentaïko, the Bling Bling with beef fillet and fresh truffle. Diners can also enjoy delicous Bibimbap al salto, a crispy rice cocotte cooked over charcoal, and Robata al carbon, skewers of marinated fish and meat.
For lunch, three 25€ formulas have been created : the ramen soup & gyoza, bibimbap of the day with edamame, and finally, the 2 rolls of the day (16 pieces) with miso soup. Each formula is served with a glass of grape. A reduced à la carte menu will complete their lunch offer.
