recognised for great customer service across the region
The Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang’s, two of the leading international brands operated by Alshaya Group have received multiple awards in MENA for their exceptional customer service during 2020.
P.F. Chang’s has been awarded the Best Casual Dining Restaurant in GCC award from BBC Good Food Middle East – the only magazine awards in the region to offer recognition solely based on customers’ stamp of approval across different categories. While The Cheesecake Factory triumphed at the Fact Dining Awards, earning the Favourite award for In-Mall Restaurants in Bahrain.
In addition, P.F. Chang’s also won Favorite Asian Restaurant category and The Cheesecake Factory won Favorite Family Restaurant category in the Love Food Awards, held by Time Out in partnership with Majid al Futtaim shopping malls in UAE.
