Ramada Downtown Dubai welcomes new head chef
Chef Fadul Alkassem to enhance menu for Friday brunch, theme nights, a la carte dining and room service
Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai announces the appointment of Fadul Alkassem as its new head chef.
Chef Fadul has more than 15 years of culinary experience spanning GCC and Levant regions. Before joining the property, he was the sous chef specialising in Levantine cuisine at The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel. He also worked at Tamani Marina Hotel, Abu Dhabi National Hotels, and Holiday Inn Al Barsha.
As the new head chef, he will work alongside the food and beverage team in revamping the Friday brunch offers and launching new theme nights at Kenza, as well as enhancing the menu for a la carte dining and room service.
