Smile to win big as Thumbay Group launches ‘Best Smile Contest’

This summer, UAE residents are up for plenty of surprises as Thumbay Group launches yet another exhilarating competition – ‘The Best Smile Contest’ as part of its ongoing Online Summer Health Festival. Spreading happiness and smiles, the fun and exciting challenge is simple; wherein participants are encouraged to take a picture of themselves with their beautiful smile which can then be uploaded on the summer festival website.

Thumbay Dental Hospital is an academic hospital, part of the Gulf Medical University Academic Health System (GMUAHS). Since its opening 2 years ago, the hospital has seen over 100,000 patients and has conducted around 1000 dental implants and dental braces each.
The online contest was officially inaugurated by Mr. Akbar Moideen Thumbay, Vice President – Healthcare Division of Thumbay Group and Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Mehta, Chief Operating Officer – Thumbay Dental Hospital, in the presence of all the team members of Thumbay Dental Hospital.
“We all know that a smile is contagious and is the best ornament one could wear. On top of that, when our teeth are white, bright and shiny, the smile can also boost confidence and enhance our social life. Our new campaign is not only designed to engage people in a fun activity but also helps drive awareness on dental health hygiene. Moreover, participants also get a chance to win a variety of prizes while learning about oral health”, said Mr. Akbar Moideen Thumbay.
All the participants will have a chance to win exciting cash prizes, gadgets such as laptops, smartphones etc. and vouchers through contests, alongside guaranteed vouchers worth AED 1500 which includes antibody test for AED 50 and PCR screening for AED 90 for each participant.
About Thumbay Healthcare Summer Festival
Thumbay Healthcare Summer Festival which started on July 1 and will be running until August 31, 2021 offers UAE residents a great opportunity to stay engaged, get connected and become healthy as the majority choose to stay in the country during the summer break. Divided into six distinct segments; namely Newborn Care, Children Care, Women’s Health, Men’s Health and Elderly Care, the family health festival will cater to the needs of all the members of the community.

كما يوجد بالمستشفى معمل أسنان داخلي لتركيبات الأسنان الاصطناعية الدقيقة. كما يحتوي على قسم تعقيم مركزي مخصص لمكافحة العدوى.
