{:}{:ar}أبو ظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 30 نوفمبر 2021 – تمّت إعادة افتتاح مطعم “كمّون” في الخالدية بالاس ريحان من روتانا، أبوظبي، في نوفمبر 2021، والذي يتميز بخدمة خمس نجوم، واطلالته الساحرة على البحر، حيث يدعوك المطعم لتجربة لا مثيل لها للمأكولات والحلويات العربية.
يتميز مطعم “كمّون” بتصميماته الداخلية الراقية والمساحة الخارجية للاستمتاع بتناول الطعام مع الأصدقاء مع منظر يطل على البحر، واستكشاف كل ما هو لذيذ، حيث يتنعم روّاده بتجربة مأكولات لا تُنسى.
يشتهر الشيف أبو حلب، الحائز على جوائز في الطهي، بخلق تجربة طعام لا مثيل لها بالمأكولات التقليدية للضيوف في المطعم من التنوع في الحمص إلى إتقان فن الكباب الذي يصل طوله لمتر واحد مع أسلوب الطهي التركي أو اللبناني. بإبداعه وشغفه القوي، يؤمن الشيف بأهمية المذاق الساحر للطعام الذي يجمع الناس معاً.
ستضم قائمة الطعام تشكيلة واسعة من الأطباق المتنوعة من المأكولات البحرية كسلطة الكينوا بالروبيان، وطبق سمك سي باس العضوي، ومجموعة من الأطباق الأخرى مثل لحم راس عصفور، وكباب ازمرلي الذي يتم إعداده بطرق متنوعة، إلى جانب الحلويات اللذيذة كالشيز كيك العثملية، وشوكولاتة بجوز الهند، وكنافة نابلسية.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكنك أن تستمتع بموسيقى حية مبهجة مع عازف العود الماهر اثناء تناول الطعام مع اختيار شيشتك المفضلة من “كمّون” وانت محاط بمناظر وأجواء خلابة، حيث يحرص مطعم ” كمّون” لصنع ذكريات لا تنسى. يستقبل المطعم ضيوفه يومياً من الساعة 12 ظهراً وحتى 12 صباحاً، ويومي الجمعة والسبت من الساعة 12 ظهراً حتى 1 صباحاً.
