As AI is rapidly growing, we have to keep updated ourselves; for me, it’s not just about reading the latest articles. So, AI removes such subjectivity by using data-driven algorithms to analyze candidates’ qualifications and experience.
So it will lead to a more accurate hiring process and informed decisions. Also, AI is creating new roles in the job market such as machine learning, data science, and AI ethics. AI is also helping in automating different tasks in seconds.
