Today we got a chance to interview Klaus Gruebl–a passionate entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in business innovation. In 2019, he founded Pansatori– a med-tech organization aiming to help tinnitus sufferers. His motivation to create ForgTin®, a small light hanger, worn on the ear that reduces tinnitus symptoms was deeply personal. Although, he is on a mission to provide high-quality solutions to those people who are suffering from tinnitus.

In this interview, we will take a detailed exposure of his journey, challenges, technological advancements, and plans for Pansatori.
Q1: Can you describe your entrepreneurial journey and what inspired you to start Pansatori?
I have always been driven to innovation and problem-solving. Over the past 30 years, I have founded multiple companies but Pansatori is my venture. My struggle with Tinnitus lasted 19 years, with a constant beeping in my ear that disturbed my daily life. Luckily, I discovered a method that significantly reduces Tinnitus. This personal experience inspired me to create ForTin®—a transformative ear clip that has already changed many lives. Witnessing this impact on others also strengthens my commitment to making this treatment widely available.
Q2: What makes ForgTin® different from other Tinnitus treatments?
Unlike traditional treatments, ForTin® uses a unique form of continuous stimulation on muscle and nerve areas around the ears. It’s non-invasive, easy to use, and specifically designed for long-term effectiveness. Many approaches focus on temporary relief but ForTin® helps the brain “forget” Tinnitus over time. Also, our clinical results and user feedback show that this technique is truly life-changing. However, our 3D printed device is one of the first produced medical devices that is used for additive manufacturing. So, this innovative strategy sets ForgTin® apart in the med-tech industry.

Q3: How do you stay ahead of technological advancements in your industry?
Technology is rapidly changing the market and staying ahead needs constant innovation. At Pansatori, we heavily invest in research and development. We are also working on even more advanced non-invasive treatment methods. Our business model adjusts to different regulatory frameworks globally, ensuring accessibility for users worldwide. By continuously analyzing new scientific findings and combining the latest technological advancements, we stay competitive. We also consider customer feedback that helps us refine our solutions and improve effectiveness.
Q4: What role does artificial intelligence play in your current plans?
AI has higher potential in the medical field, we plan to integrate it into our operations. Two years back, we developed predictive models to assist the likelihood of ForgTin®’s effectiveness for individual users. These models depend on advanced questionnaires and automated evaluations. While we haven’t implemented AI yet, it’s our next key step. AI will help us to provide personalized treatment recommendations, making our solutions even more effective. We can also improve our quality and provide more targeted relief to tinnitus sufferers through artificial intelligence.
Q5: What was the biggest challenge you faced and how did you overcome it?
One of our biggest challenges was securing acceptance from the medical community. ForgTin®’s method of continuous stimulation was unfamiliar to many Western-trained doctors, leading to initial skepticism. As we are a newly founded company, building trust takes time. However, as more patients experienced amazing improvements, medical professionals began identifying its effectiveness. Now, after four years, our method is obtaining huge enthusiasm. The positive feedback from both users and doctors validates our approach, proving that innovation can challenge conventional thinking and bring meaningful change.

Q6: How do you approach leadership and company culture at Pansatori?
I believe that leadership is about promoting collaboration, trust, and shared success. At Pansatori, we maintain open communication and encourage continuous knowledge sharing. Our team is smaller in numbers but all are highly passionate and we work like a community. Through our 30 years of experience, it’s clear to us that a supportive and positive work environment improves our productivity. When employees feel valued and they are more passionate about their work, which eventually drives the success of the company.
Q7: How do you lead your business to stay flexible to market changes?
Flexibility is the key to our success. At Pansatori, we continuously improve our strategies. As our employees are involved in multiple processes, they help us to identify potential challenges early on. We also continue to research the latest updates about tinnitus, regulatory updates, and technological advancements to stay in market competition. So, it will help us to improve not only products but also customer experience that positioned us into new markets effectively. Thef ability to adjust quickly has been our strength ensuring that we stay relevant and innovative.
Q8: What advice would you give to today’s entrepreneurs in your industry?
Keep yourself open-minded and willing to challenge traditional methods. Innovation and change come from questioning existing methods and finding better solutions for them. Also, surround yourself who encourage you to take challenges and never be afraid of taking risks.
