Phoenix Expovent, in association with the World Wide Federation for International Real Estate Investors, proudly announces the successful conclusion of the Golden Brick Awards 2025 – 7th Edition, held on 26th July, 2025 in Dubai. This landmark event once again honored the pinnacle of innovation, excellence, and leadership in the real estate and infrastructure industry, bringing together the finest minds and brands across India and beyond.
Held at Hotel Marriott- Al Jaddaf, the awards night stood as a celebration of ambition, vision, and performance, cementing the Golden Brick Awards’ reputation as the only international real estate platform dedicated to Indian developers, yet staged outside India.
Building on the Legacy of 2024:
Following the tremendous success of the 6th edition in 2024 — which featured over 1,000 nominations and marquee names like DLF Ltd., Prestige Group, Brigade, and L&T Realty — the 2025 edition raised the bar with over 1,200 nominations and participation from developers across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities of India. Major hubs represented included Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kochi, and Punjab, among others.

Winners were selected purely on merit through a rigorous jury process facilitated by international audit agencies such as Synovate Canada and Modop Australia. The independent international jury included esteemed professionals from countries including the UAE, UK, Singapore, Canada, and India, ensuring the utmost transparency and credibility.
