A delicious look at the top five Thai favourites, Dubai residents just can’t stop ordering
Dubai, UAE – 12 August – Dubai’s love for Thai food runs deep, from steaming noodle bowls to fragrant curries enjoyed high above the city lights. At Rosa’s Thai, new data reveals the five favourites, diners just can’t get enough of, whether they’re pulling up a chair at Dubai Hills Mall or unboxing a delivery at home.
And one thing’s for sure: Pad Thai is king. Loved for its balance of sweet, sour, and savoury, it holds the top spot in kitchen. At Rosa’s Thai JBR alone, over 10,000 portions have been served since January 2025, averaging one Pad Thai every 30 minutes. As co-founder Chef Saiphin Moore says, “You can’t fake flavour, and Pad Thai done right speaks for itself.”
The love doesn’t stop there. Homemade Spring Rolls have become a crispy crowd favourite, with over 8,300 portions served this year. Stack them end to end and you’d have a golden tower taller than the Burj Khalifa, more than 1.25 kilometres high. Meanwhile, Dubai’s appetite for heat is going strong, with over 20,000 dishes ordered from the spicy side of the menu, showing that diners here have a real taste for authentic Thai spice.

The list wouldn’t be complete without comforting classics that capture the kitchen’s variety and skill. Fried Rice, wok-tossed with signature sauces and full of flavour, saw over 7,700 orders. Dessert lovers turned to the ever-popular Mango Sticky Rice, with 6,850 portions sold, meaning more than 3,400 fresh Thai mangoes were perfectly sliced and served alongside sweet, coconut-flavoured rice across Dubai. And for those craving comfort with a kick, Green Curry recorded over 6,100 orders. What makes it so special? Chef Saiphin Moore personally developed the curry paste recipe, which continues to be produced in Thailand and sourced directly to Rosa’s Thai kitchens, delivering uncompromising flavour in every bowl.
Whether dining in at the vibrant Dubai Hills Mall flagship or beachside at The Beach, JBR, or ordering from the comfort of home, guests across Dubai have spoken. These are the dishes they crave, the flavours they trust, and the moments they come back for. Data speaks louder than words, and these numbers show just how much Dubai diners love authentic Thai flavours; fast, fresh, and full of soul.
