Al-Futtaim Health and MetLife launch innovative service to bring comprehensive digital healthcare solution to people, anywhere they are
· Care Anywhere is MetLife’s end-to-end digital healthcare solution, contributing to UAE’s Vision to achieve a world-class healthcare system.
· MetLife’s Care Anywhere adopts two digital healthcare solutions powered by Al-Futtaim Health, connecting patients and healthcare professionals through the most advanced technology; Telehealth and SmartDoc.
Al-Futtaim Health and MetLife today announced a strategic partnership to launch a first-of-its-kind service that will connect healthcare professionals and specialists with patients virtually. The services will be launched under MetLife’s Care Anywhere platform, powered by Al-Futtaim Health, making healthcare services more accessible to MetLife’s corporate insured members.
MetLife’s Care Anywhere encompasses telehealth and SmartDoc services, powered by HealthHub and Tashafi Clinics from Al-Futtaim Heath. The solutions will combine digital and human interaction to enhance the efficiency of healthcare delivery and make medicine more personalized and precise. The new Care Anywhere telehealth solution will expand the traditional general practitioner model to include several specialists, delivery of medicine, management of chronic disease, and continuum of care virtually and in person for the UAE.
Through SmartDoc, a nurse practitioner from HealthHub/Tashafi clinics will deliver a multi-gadget, device to the patients’ premises. The device then connects the patient to a physician in real time for a full diagnosis, through reading the patient’s vitals, listen to patient heart and chest, look into eyes, ears and even do a 12 lead ECG. The service is focused on increasing access by reaching the patient at home or work, elevating quality of care, capabilities, and expertise in the healthcare space.
The signing ceremony took place in Al-Futtaim Health headquarters in Dubai Festival City and was attended physically and virtually by the senior leadership teams as well as senior officials from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). The services will begin to be rolled out to segments of MetLife’s corporate insured members beginning July 3, 2021.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة؛ 1 يونيو 2021: كشفت مجموعة الفطيم للرعاية الصحية اليوم عن التعاون مع متلايف لإطلاق خدمة هي الأولى من نوعها تربط المرضى بالأطباء وخبراء الرعاية الصحية المتقدمة عبر التطبيقات الذكية. وسيتم إطلاق الخدمة بالاعتماد على منصة “Care Anywhere” الخاصة بشركة متلايف وبدعم من مجموعة الفطيم للرعاية الصحية، لتسهيل وصول العملاء إلى مجموعة من الخدمات الرعاية الطبية المتقدمة.
وتشمل منصة “Care Anywhere” الخاصة من متلايف خدمات الرعاية الصحية عن بُعد وخدمة الطبيب الذكي بدعم من عيادات هيلث هب وتشافي التابعة لمجموعة الفطيم للرعاية الصحية. وتجمع حلولها بين التفاعل البشري والرقمي لتعزيز فعالية خدمات الرعاية الطبية وتقديم علاجات أكثر تخصيصاً ودقةً في تشخيص الأمراض عبر الأطباء الأخصائيين وخدمة توصيل الأدوية وإدارة الأمراض المزمنة وتقديم رعاية متواصلة في العيادة وعن بعد. وتتيح خدمة الطبيب الذكي الأولى من نوعها في الامارات القدرة على فحص المرضى عن بعد للارتقاء بجودة الرعاية الصحية للمرضى سواءً كانوا في المنزل أو مقر العمل، حيث يتم إرسال الجهاز إلى المريض قبل الاستشارة، ليقوم الطبيب المعالج من عيادته بإجراء فحصاً شاملاً للمؤشرات الحيوية، وللصدر والعين والأذن وتخطيط كهربائي شاملاً للقلب وغيرها عن بعد باستخدام التكنولوجيا الذكية.
وأقيمت فعالية إطلاق هذه الخدمة في المقر الرئيسي لمجموعة الفطيم للرعاية الصحية في دبي فستيفال سيتي بحضورٍ شخصي وافتراضي من قبل كبار المسؤولين من هيئة الصحة بدبي وعدد كبير من خبراء الرعاية الصحية والإعلام. وشهدت الفعالية عرضاً توضيحياً مباشراً للخدمات الذكية كما تمت اجابة الاسئلة على جميع الاستفسارات حول المشروع. حيث سيبدأ توفير الحلول الصحية تدريجياً لعملاء متلايف ابتداءً من 3 يوليو.
