Signing long term Partnership Agreement between Mawarid Holding Investment L.L.C and Desert Control AS
Mawarid Holding Company for Investment LLC.” and Desert Control S. signed A long-term cooperation agreement, aimed at contributing to the greening of the desert and ensuring food security resources, reducing the increasing demand for water, increasing the efficiency of environmentally friendly energy use, protecting the biodiversity of ecosystems, and improving the afforestation and cultivation system in the UAE and the region.

عقدت “شركة موارد القابضة للاستثمار ذ.م.م.” وشركة “ديزرت كنترول أس”
اتفاقية تعاون طويلة الأمد، تهدف إلى المساهمة في تخضير الصحراء وتأمين الموارد الغذائية، وتحسين الطلب على المياه، وزيادة كفاءة استخدام الطاقة الصديقة للبيئة، وحماية التنوّع البيولوجي للأنظمة البيئية، وتعزيز نظام الزراعة والتشجير في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمنطقة.
العضو المنتدب لشركة “موارد القابضة” سعادة عبد الجليل البلوكي، قال:”من خلال توقيع هذه الاتفاقية بين “شركة موارد القابضة للاستثمار ذ.م.م.” و”شركة ديزرت كنترول أس”، نؤسس لعلاقةٍ طويلة الأمد، بما ينسجم مع أهدافنا الدائمة في المحافظة على إرث المغفور له بإذن الله الشيخ زايد، ويتماشى مع رؤية رئيس الدولة صاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان، حفظه الله، وولي عهده صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زيد آل نهيان، وهي الرؤية الهادفة إلى تخضير الصحراء وتحسين نظام الزراعة والتشجير”.

من جانبه، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة “موارد القابضة للاستثمار” المهندس أيمن الجيار:”نحن ملتزمون بتحقيق المزيد من الإنجازات، من خلال التعرّف على الابتكارات الجديدة في الممارسات المستدامة واعتمادها الدائم للحدّ من الأضرار اللاحقة بالبيئة، بالتوازي مع تعزيز النمو المربح”.
