Seasoned hospitality veteran Bhavesh Rawal has proudly taken the post of Hotel Manager of the brand new Aloft Hotel Al Mina and Element Hotel Al Mina, two distinct brands under Marriott International’s extraordinary portfolio. Bhavesh’s appointment plays a crucial role in supporting Marriot International’s continual growth and expansion strategy throughout the region.
With a total of 22 years of professional experience within the F&B and hospitality industries, Bhavesh has made a successful career rising the ranks, from a Commis Chef and Executive Chef to Executive Assistant Manager Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Dubai. As a natural-born leader, an enthusiastic communicator and a creative thinker, Bhavesh exhibited his expertise as a strategic business leader by overlooking and managing day-to-day operations of 12 restaurants and bars, 351 rooms and suites, banquet operations and catering opportunities.
With budgeting, team building and customer relationship skills, Bhavesh has the distinct talent and ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, ensuring exceptional guest service standards. To his team members, Bhavesh is the prime example of integrity and professionalism, guaranteeing the protection of the entire establishment’s reputation and his peers’ wellbeing.
Throughout his career, Bhavesh was part of the teams that were awarded renowned accolades such as the World Luxury Restaurant Award and Best Steakhouse of Middle East Award for JW Steakhouse as well as, the Marriott Catering and Excellence Award from Marriott International. Bhavesh’s key professional milestones include arranging, supervising and directing countless catering events – from popular live concerts featuring Ed Sheeran, Jennifer Lopez and Eric Clapton to the Dubai Airshow, Dubai Rugby Sevens and the IPL Cricket shows.
