Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department honors 15 Institutes in Real Estate Excellence Award
Al Shamsi: This award is to raise the level of competition between the institutions operating in the real estate sector in Sharjah.
Sheikh Ahmed: The award has observed the highest standards of accuracy and transparency since its launch to ensure the integrity of the results.
As part of its tireless and continuous endeavor to support and to stimulate the real estate sector, Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department has announced that 15 different institutions have won the Real Estate Excellence Award, which was launched by the department last February. The real estate sector is witnessing a steady and stable growth after it overcome the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic that affected economic sectors.
The department has celebrated with the attendance of H.E Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Department, H.E Marwan bin Jassim Al Sarkal, the Executive Chairman of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority “Shurooq”, H.E Abdulaziz Al Saleh, Director of the Department, H.E Humaid Al Abbar, the Department’s Advisor, and Sheikh Ahmad bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Head of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Office in the Department, in addition to several heads and directors of real estate development companies and offices in the emirate.
During the ceremony, H.E Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Department, stated that the real estate sector in Sharjah has recovered quickly after the pandemic, and it has witnessed a great development and growth thanks to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of H.H Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah. This is in addition to the set of incentives, facilities, and exemptions provided by the Government of Sharjah, represented by the Executive Council of the Emirate, which contributed significantly to supporting government and private sector entities and institutions, business sectors and individuals, enabling them to overcome the effects of the world pandemic crisis in a manner that ensures the continuity of economic development in various sectors, in addition to investing in the development of infrastructure in Sharjah.
Al Shamsi also explained that the Real Estate Excellence Award is an implementation of the vision of our wise leadership, and a part of a series of measures taken by the department, which in its entirety aims to provide the appropriate conditions to continue the development process, raises the level of competition between companies and institutions operating in this vital sector, and reduces real estate violations. Moreover, it encourages the various companies working in this sector to excel in their work, and to communicate and cooperate continuously with the department, in order to achieve progress and prosperity in the real estate sector in Sharjah.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Head of the Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence in the Real Estate Registration Department, said the Award is meant to support the position of Sharjah in the real estate market in the region, and to emphasize its solid position as an attractive environment for investors from all over the world. Furthermore, the award enhances the spirit of competition between companies and the various institutions operating in this sector, improves the level of services provided to owners, and builds a stable and secure real estate community distinguished for its progress and prosperity.
Al Qasimi also explained that the award considered the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and objectivity when it was launched, as the judging committee consists of specialists in the department, in order to ensure the integrity of the results and to honor those who are doing their best for the advancement of this vital sector of the emirate’s economy.
At the end of the ceremony, the winners were honored, and prizes were distributed. In the category of “Real Estate Development Companies”, the award was for Sharjah Investment and Development Authority – Shurooq, Sharjah Sustainable City, and Al Thuraya Real Estate Company. While in the “Real Estate Office Category”, the award went to Salem Ali Al Shamsi Real Estate Office, Al Junaidi Real Estate Office, Sama Sharjah Office, Bizlink Real Estate Office, and Al Tunaiji Real Estate.
As for the award for the “Management Supervision Services Companies Category for Owners Associations”, it was won by Pluto for Management Supervision Services and Al Mudeer Owners Association Management Supervision. Finally, the “Best Owners Association Board of Directors category” was won by the Al Mohannad Tower Board of Directors, La Riviera Tower Owners Association, the Blue Tower Owners Association, the Bu Khamseen Tower Owners Association, and the Asas Tower Owners Association. 15 مؤسسة مختلفة تفوز بجوائز التميز العقاري في إمارة الشارقة
الشامسي: تهدف الجائزة إلى رفع مستوى التنافس بين الشركات والمؤسسات العاملة في القطاع العقاري في الإمارة.
الشيخ أحمد: الجائزة راعت أعلى معايير الدقة والشفافية والموضوعية منذ إطلاقها لضمان نزاهة النتائج وتكريم المستحقين.
أعلنت دائرة التسجيل العقاري في إمارة الشارقة عن فوز 15 مؤسسة مختلفة بجائزة التميز العقاري التي أطلقتها الدائرة في شهر فبراير الماضي ضمن سعيها الدؤوب والمتواصل لدعم وتحفيز القطاع العقاري في الإمارة الذي يشهد حركة نمو ثابتة ومستقرة بعد أن نجح في تجاوز تداعيات جائحة كورونا التي أضرت بقطاعات اقتصادية عديدة في مختلف أرجاء العالم.
واحتفلت الدائرة بالفائزين بالجائزة بحضور سعادة عبدالعزيز أحمد الشامسي مدير عام الدائرة، وسعادة مروان بن جاسم السركال الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة الشارقة للاستثمار والتطوير “شروق”، وسعادة عبدالعزيز آل صالح مدير الدائرة، وسعادة المستشار حميد العبار مستشار الدائرة، والشيخ أحمد بن صقر القاسمي مدير مكتب التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتميز المؤسسي في الدائرة، وعدد من رؤساء ومدراء شركات التطوير العقاري والمكاتب العقارية العاملة في الإمارة.
وأكد سعادة عبدالعزيز أحمد الشامسي مدير عام الدائرة في كلمته خلال الحفل أن القطاع العقاري في إمارة الشارقة يتعافى بشكل سريع من جائحة كورونا، وعاد للنمو والازدهار بفضل توجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم إمارة الشارقة، حفظه الله، ومتابعة سمو الشيخ سلطان بن محمد بن سلطان القاسمي ولي العهد نائب حاكم الشارقة، رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة الشارقة، ودعمهما المتواصل للقطاع من خلال مجموعة المحفزات والتسهيلات والإعفاءات التي قدمتها حكومة الشارقة ممثلة بالمجلس التنفيذي للإمارة والتي أسهمت بشكل مهم في دعم جهات ومؤسسات القطاعين الحكومي والخاص وقطاعات الأعمال والأفراد، وتمكينهم من تجاوز آثار أزمة كورونا بما يكفل استمرارية التنمية الاقتصادية في مختلف القطاعات، ومن خلال الاستثمار في تطوير البنى التحتية في الإمارة.
وحول الجائزة أوضح الشامسي أن جائزة التميز العقاري تأتي ضمن سلسلة من الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الدائرة، والتي تهدف في مجملها إلى توفير الظروف المناسبة لمواصلة مسيرة التطور، ورفع مستوى التنافس بين الشركات والمؤسسات العاملة في هذا القطاع الحيوي، والقضاء على المخالفات العقارية والتقليل منها، وتشجيع الفئات المختلفة العاملة في القطاع العقاري على بذل المزيد من العطاء للتميز في عملها، وعلى التواصل والتعاون المستمر مع الدائرة والاطلاع على كل جديد لديها، وذلك لتحقيق التقدم والازدهار في القطاع العقاري في الإمارة تنفيذاً لرؤية قيادتنا الحكيمة.
من جهته قال الشيخ أحمد بن صقر القاسمي مدير مكتب التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتميز المؤسسي في دائرة التسجيل العقاري أن جائزة التميز العقاري جاءت لتعزيز موقع إمارة الشارقة في السوق العقاري في المنطقة، والتأكيد على مكانتها الراسخة كبيئة جاذبة للمستثمرين من كافة أنحاء العالم، وتعزيز روح التنافس بين الشركات والمؤسسات المختلفة العاملة في القطاع، وتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للملاك، وبناء مجتمع عقاري مستقر وآمن ينعم بالتقدم والازدهار في الإمارة.
وأوضح القاسمي أن الجائزة راعت أعلى معايير الدقة والشفافية والموضوعية عند إطلاقها، حيث يتولى التحكيم فيها لجنة مشكلة من المختصين في الدائرة، وذلك لضمان نزاهة النتائج وتكريم المستحقين الذين يبذلون قصارى جهدهم للرقي بهذا القطاع الحيوي لاقتصاد الإمارة.
وفي نهاية الاحتفال تم تكريم الفائزين وتوزيع الجوائز، حيث فاز بجائزة “فئة شركات التطوير العقاري” هيئة الشارقة للاستثمار والتطوير –شروق، ومدينة الشارقة المستدامة، وشركة الثريا العقارية . وفاز بالجائزة عن “فئة المكاتب العقارية” مكتب سالم علي الشامسي للعقارات، ومكتب الجنيدي للعقارات، ومكتب سما الشارقة، ومكتب بزلينك، والطنيجي للعقارات.
أما عن “فئة شركات خدمات الإشراف الإداري لجمعيات الملاك” فقد فاز بها شركة بلوتو لخدمات الإشراف الإداري، وشركة المدير لخدمات الإشراف الإداري. وفاز بالجائزة عن “فئة أفضل مجلس إدارة جمعية اتحاد الملاك” كل من: مجلس إدارة برج المهند، وجمعية اتحاد ملاك برج الريفيرا، وجمعية ملاك البرج الازرق، وجمعية اتحاد ملاك برج بو خمسين، وجمعية ملاك برج أساس.{:}
