Azizi Developments brings Shelfco Metal Industries on board for Riviera
Dubai, UAE, 24 June 2021: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced the appointment of Shelfco Metal Industries LLC for the supply and installation of SAF panels for 11 of its buildings across Riviera’s Phase 3.
Shelfco Metal Industries LLC is the part of the GINCO group of companies, a renowned business group in the United Arab Emirates. Shelfco is a leading metallurgy specialist that has operated in the UAE since 1979, supplying customers with superior metal products with outstanding craftsmanship.

أعلنت عزيزي للتطوير العقاري، المطور الخاص الرائد في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، عن تعيين شيلفكو للصناعات المعدنية، لتوريد وتركيب الألواح المعدنية من نوع SAF في 11 مبنى ضمن المرحلة الثالثة من ريفيرا.
وتعد شيلفكو للصناعات المعدنية إحدى شركات مجموعة الأعمال الشهيرة “جينكو” في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، كما أنها رائدة ومتخصصة في قطاع المعادن، وتعمل في الإمارات منذ العام 1979، وتقوم بتوريد المنتجات المعدنية فائقة الجودة بحرفية عالية لعملائها.

وسيضم المشروع ريفيرا عند اكتماله 71 مبنى متوسط الارتفاع تطل على بوليفارد للتجزئة، وممشى على القناة تنتشر فيه المطاعم والبوتيكات، ومساحة اجتماعية خضراء تحمل اسم “لو جاردين”. وستكون هذه الوجهة البحرية الأنيقة جزءاً من مدينة محمد بن راشد التي اكتسبت شهرة عالمية واسعة، وسيوفر ريفيرا ما يقرب من 16 ألف وحدة سكنية تقع على مقربة من جميع مراكز الأعمال والترفيه والتجزئة في المدينة.
وتم تصميم ريفييرا لتقديم أسلوب الحياة في الجنوب الفرنسي إلى دبي، ليس فقط الجوانب المتعلقة بالفن المعماري، وإنما للاحتفال بالحياة وبهجة الروح، ليمثل هذا المشروع وجهة بارزة جديدة سواء السكنية والتجارية، مع وجود العديد من مساحات البيع بالتجزئة.
