Dubai’s Samana Group Gears Up to Capitalize on Dh122.6 billion Expo 2020 Mega Opportunity

Group’s 500 residential units at Samana Developers and 300 serviced-offices at Star Business Centre will offer luxury properties and smart offices to estimated 25 million visitors and potential entrepreneurs, SMEs, MNCs coming to the Expo

In less than 100 days, Dubai is set to stage a global gathering of 192 nations where more than 25 million visitors will celebrate cultures, ideas, knowledge and innovation exchanges, businesses partnerships and a new phase of economic recovery after Covid-19 pandemic.

With the launch ‘100 Days to Expo 2020’ campaign last week by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Maktoum, Prime Minister of the UAE and Rule of Dubai, Samana Group is gearing up to capitalize on massive Dh122.6 billion Expo 2020 opportunity. The mega event will be the first biggest event to be held in the Middle East, which means a lot to the UAE.

Expo 2020 Metro Station – Key to Economic Connectivity

Newly operational Expo 2020 Dubai Metro Station will facilitate record 46,000 riders per hour. The station will mainly serve visitors to Expo 202, which will three platforms. The eastern platform is linked to the Expo exhibition centre and conference halls. The western platform will lead visitors to the Expo Mall and Urban Complex. This station will also connect to Dubai’s airports and a bus service to Al Maktoum International Airport to ease the movement of riders between the two airports.

All Firsts at Expo 2020

Expo will have the world’s largest lift that can carry 160 people at a time. First Emirati opera featuring 100 musicians. New culinary flavours as 50-plus global cuisines will be featured at the show. Expo site’s 1,300 solar panels moving follows the direction of the sun. 60 live events will be every day.

بعد أقل من 100 يوم، تستعد دبي لتنظيم تجمع عالمي يضم 192 دولة، حيث سيشارك ويحتفل أكثر من 25 مليون زائر بالتبادل الثقافي والفكري والمعرفي والابتكاري، فضلًا عن مشاركة الشراكات التجارية وتدشين مرحلة جديدة تتسم بالتعافي الاقتصادي بعد جائحة كوفيد – 19. أطلق صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم حملة “100 يوم على إكسبو 2020” والتي تعني الكثير لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة خاصة والشرق الأوسط عامة.

أفاد السيد/ عمران فاروق، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة شركات سمانا: “بالنسبة لنا، فإن إكسبو يبشر بنهضة تقودها مدينة دبي، حيث تستعد مجموعتنا للاستفادة بكل إمكانياتها من فرص إكسبو 2020 الضخمة البالغة 122.6 مليار درهم. ستحصل الوحدات السكنية الخاصة بسمانا للتطوير العقاري البالغ عددها 500 وحدة على حصة من احتياجات القطاع العقاري للمستثمرين الدوليين القادمين إلى مدينة دبي، حيث ستوفر لهم 300 مكتب مزودة بجميع الخدمات في مراكزنا التجارية “مراكز ستار للأعمال” بمساحات عمل مزودة بأحدث التقنيات لرواد الأعمال الجدد والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والشركات متعددة الجنسيات الذين يخططون لتكون دبي مركز أعمالهم في الشرق الأوسط”.

محطة مترو إكسبو 2020 – نقطة اتصال رئيسية

ستعمل محطة مترو إكسبو 2020 بدبي على تسهيل حركة وانتقال 46000 راكب في الساعة، حيث سيخدم الزوار المحطة استخداماً أساسيًا للوصول إلى إكسبو 2020، وتُزود المحطة بثلاث أرصفة وهما الرصيف الشرقي وهو رصيف يتصل بمركز معارض إكسبو وقاعات المؤتمرات، والرصيف الغربي وهو رضيف يتصل بالمركز التجاري والمجمع العمراني، وسترتبط هذه المحطة أيضًا بمطارات دبي وخدمة الحافلات إلى مطار آل مكتوم الدولي لتسهيل حركة الركاب بين المطارين.

أشياء هي الأولى من نوعها في إكسبو

سيضم إكسبو أكبر مصعد في العالم بقدرة استيعابية 160 شخصًا في المرة الواحد، وأول أوبرا إماراتية يشارك فيها 100 موسيقا، كما ستُقدم نكهات طهي جديدة في عرض لأكثر من 50 مطبخًا عالميًا في المعرض، وتحرك الألواح الشمسية في الموقع البالغ عددها 1300 والتي ستتبع اتجاه الشمس، ويُنظم 60 فعالية مباشرة كل يوم.{:}
