Azizi Developments adds crystal lagoon to Riviera in monumental surprise announcement
The more-than-2 km long man-made lagoon will allow residents to swim in crystal blue, filtered and desalinated waters and unwind on its beach-like shores
Azizi Developments, Dubai’s leading private developer, has just announced the addition of a gigantic crystal lagoon, akin to a massive swimming pool that is over 2.7 km in length covering an area of more than 130,026 sq. m, that will stretch across the entirety of its Riviera development in MBR City.

After long talks with Nakheel, the master developer of the area, Azizi Developments has succeeded in getting approvals for the lagoon to be added to its flagship 71-building, 16,000-
residence waterfront community project in the highly sought-after MBR City to the amazement of its investors and end-users.

The previously planned canal, which would have had murkier sea water that wouldn’t have been fit to swim in, will now be replaced with a lagoon that residents can make much better use of, and that makes for much more stunning views from the community’s homes. أعلنت عزيزي للتطوير العقاري، المطور الخاص الرائد في دبي، عن إضافة بحيرة كريستالية عملاقة، تشبه حوض السباحة الضخم بطول يتجاوز 2.7 كيلومتر، وتغطي مساحة تزيد عن 130,026 قدماً مربعاً، ستمتد عبر مشروع ريفيرا بالكامل في مدينة محمد بن راشد.
وإلى جانب أرضياتها الزرقاء المذهلة، وتعبئتها بأكثر من 51.5 مليون غالون من المياه النقية الصافية والمحلاة والنظيفة، سيكون من السهل الوصول إليها عبر ممشى البحيرة الذي سيضم أيضاً مجموعة متنوعة من المطاعم والمحلات. ومن المتوقع أن تكون هذه البحيرة فائقة الحيوية والنشاط، لأنه سيكون بمقدور المقيمين الاستمتاع بالنزهات على طول ضفافها التي تحاكي الشواطئ البحرية، حيث يمكنهم الاسترخاء والتمتع بالحمامات الشمسية.
وبعد مفاوضات طويلة مع “نخيل”، المطور الرئيسي للمنطقة، نجحت عزيزي في الحصول على الموافقات الخاصة بإنشاء البحيرة، لإضافتها إلى مشروعها الرئيسي المكون من 71 مبنى توفر بمجملها 16,000 وحدة سكنية على الواجهة البحرية في مدينة محمد بن راشد التي تحظى بجاذبية فائقة بين المستثمرين والمستخدمين النهائيين.
