India Palace Restaurant wins The Best Service Performance outlet award – Dubai Service Excellence Scheme 2021
India Palace Restaurant, the authentic Indian fine dining brand of SFC Group, received the Best Service Performance Outlet Award 2021 (DSES) from the Dubai Department of Economic Development at a virtual event on June 28, 2021. The 27th Dubai Service Excellence Scheme was held on Monday under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The Award honors organizations for their outstanding commitment to continuous quality improvement, performance in service and business excellence.
India Palace RAK Mall received the prestigious Best Service Performance Outlet Award for practicing and exceeding the service standards prescribed in the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES). The Dubai Service Excellence Scheme, an initiative by the Department of Economic Development promotes excellence in customer service quality in the private sector. The award is to recognize the ultimate achievement in service excellence.
The India Palace restaurant is also the recipient of the Dubai Human Development Appreciation Award (DHDAA) – 2020 and the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award in 2019 with the distinction of being the first restaurant group to receive the award. The award was accorded with the Quality Appreciation Certification from Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award in 2018 and the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme Award in 2015, 16, 17, 18 and 2020 as well. In 2020 India Palace became the first ever restaurant to achieve the DSES in Hospitality and Entertainment Sector with an outstanding score of 102 points.
The award is just the latest in a line of successes for India Palace. The restaurant is now the largest authentic heritage dining chain with 12 outlets across the UAE. The cuisine of India Palace has been inspired by the essence of Indian North West frontier traditions. The lingering aroma of deliciously prepared fine and exotic cuisine is formulated by secret recipes handed down from the great Mughal kitchens.
“We received this award because we are consistent,” Mr. Kesavan Muraleedharan, MD, SFC group said on winning the award. “Because we have a very high commitment to quality and we are very serious about what we are doing. We care deeply about making sure that our guests and our employees are getting the best of us all the time, every day, every shift, every meal.”

دبي: حصل مطعم قصر الهند، العلامة التجارية الهندية الأصلية للأكل الفاخر لمجموعة اس إف سي على جائزة أفضل منفذ لأداء الخدمة لعام 2021 من دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية بدبي وذلك خلال حدث افتراضي اُقيم بتاريخ 28 يونيو 2021. عُقدت الدورة السابعة والعشرون لبرنامج دبي للخدمة المتميزة يوم الاثنين تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي؛ حيث تُكّرم هذه الجائزة المؤسسات لالتزامها المتميز بالتحسين المستمر للجودة والأداء في قطاع الخدمات وتميز الأعمال.
حصل مطعم قصر الهند في مول رأس الخيمة على جائزة أفضل منفذ لأداء الخدمة وذلك لتطبيقه وتلبية المعايير المنصوص عليها في برنامج دبي للخدمة المتميزة. يهدف برنامج دبي للخدمة المتميزة، وهي مبادرة قدمتها دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية، إلى تعزيز التميز في جودة خدمة العملاء في القطاع الخاص. وتُمِنح هذه الجائزة تقديرًا للإنجاز النهائي في التميز في تقديم الخدمة.
كما حصل مطعم قصر الهند على جائزة تقدير التنمية البشرية بدبي لسنة 2020 وجائزة دبي التقديرية للجودة لسنة 2019 باعتباره أول مجموعة مطاعم تحصل على هذه الجائزة. ومُنحت هذه الجائزة للمطعم مع شهادة تقدير الجودة من جائزة الشيخ خليفة للتميز في عام 2018 وجائزة مخطط دبي للخدمة المتميزة في 2015 و2016 و 2017 و2018 و2020 أيضاً. أصبح مطعم قصر الهند في عام 2020 أول مطعم على الإطلاق يحصل على جائزة مخطط دبي للخدمة المتميزة في قطاع الضيافة والترفيه برصيد 102 نقطة.
تعتبر هذه الجائزة هي الجائزة الأحدث في سلسلة نجاحات مطاعم قصر الهند. ويعد المطعم في الوقت الحالي أكبر سلسلة للمطاعم التراثية الأصيلة ويمتلك 12 منفذًا في جميع أنحاء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وقد استلهم المطعم مأكولاته من جوهر تقاليد الحدود الشمالية الغربية الهندية، كما تمت صياغة الرائحة الدائمة للمأكولات الشهية والرائعة من خلال وصفات سرية متوارثة من مطابخ موغال الرائعة.
