 Nobles Properties Acquires a Manaseer Group Real Estate Project

Amman, Jordan:- Omar Ayesh, Chairman of Nobles Properties, authorized the acquisition of a residential development on the Airport Road as part of the Nobles Group’s expansion plans. Shahd Jordan Real Estate Development Company, owned by Nobles, signed a purchase agreement for a housing project with the Manaseer Investment Group at the latter’s headquarters.

Wael Qassem, CEO of Shahd, signed the agreement with Muin Qadada, Vice Chairman of the Manaseer Group. Shahd Jordan acquired the property along with all prior permissions the government granted and will fulfil all regulatory requirements associated with housing projects as well as completing private infrastructure works.

Although the company has developed several smaller projects in the Hashemite Kingdom, Ayesh stated that this agreement is the second of its kind in Jordan and reflects Nobles’ expansion strategy focused on unique mixed us properties. “We create distinctive lifestyle developments,” Ayesh said; “and this project fits in line with our vision of setting new standards of real estate. We will continue our growth plans and ensure we offer our customers only assets with exceptional components.”

The project’s acquisition is the continuation of Noble’s first project in the area, AlShahd City, stated Qassem. “The initial phases of our project, which offered plots of land as well as completed villas, are considered among the fastest selling in Amman,” he said. The group plans on continuing its formula of offering SMART, sustainable residential villas as well as plots of land with integrated infrastructure facilities during 2021. The new expansion will offer 42 residential plots an 2 commercial plots at competitive rates as soon as the development works are completed.

Manaseer’s Vice Chairman Qadada emphasized that the project was among the group’s most prestigious developments and expressed appreciation that the project it had begun would be brought to fruition with an equally capable developer.

وقّعت شركة شهد الأردن للتطوير العقاري إحدى شركات مجموعة نوبلز العقارية اتفاقية استحواذ وشراء لمشروع المناصير الإسكاني الكائن على طريق المطار مع مالكته مجموعة المناصير الاستثمارية في مقر المجموعة الأخيرة الكائن في عمان.

وبموجب الاتفاقية التي وقعها نيابة عن شركة شهد الأردن للتطوير العقاري المدير التنفيذي المهندس وائل قاسم وعن مجموعة المناصير الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة المهندس معين قداده فإن شركة شهد الأردن ستتملك المشروع وكافة الموافقات الممنوحة له سابقاً حيث ستقوم باستكمال التطوير وتوفير البنية التحتية وفقاً للقوانين الناظمة للمشاريع الإسكانية.

من جهته قال رئيس مجلس إدارة نوبلز العقارية السيد عمر عايش، أن هذه الصفقة هي عملية الاستحواذ الثانية من نوعها في عمان استكمالاً لخطة نوبلز العقارية التوسعيّة في إطلاق مشاريع جديدة ونوعية وتمثل إضافة تكميلية إلى محفظة العقارات الراقية والمرموقة في المملكة، وسيضع هذا المشروع معياراً جديداً للعقارات السكنية المميزة في عمان، إذ نتطلع إلى تنمية المحفظة العقارية لنوبلز العقارية، والاستحواذ على أصول مميزة تجعل منها المشاريع المفضّلة للعملاء والمراقبين.

وبيّن المدير التنفيذي لنوبلز العقارية المهندس وائل قاسم أن هذا المشروع يأتي استكمالاً لمشروع الشركة الأول “مدينة الشهد” الواقع في المنطقة ذاتها والذي أعتبر المشروع الأسرع مبيعاً في عمان والأكثر نمواً، موضحاً بأنه من المقرر الانتهاء من تطويره وإيصال الخدمات وإنشاء البنية التحتية له في أواخر عام 2021، والذي سيوفر مجموعة من قطع الأراضي ذات البنية التحتية المتكاملة ومجموعة من الفلل السكنية العصرية والذكية بشكل فريد، حيث سيحتوي على (42) قطعة سكنية و (2) قطعتين تجاريتين وسيتم طرحه قريباً في الأسواق العقارية بعد استكمال التطوير وبأسعار منافسة جداً.

كما أوضح الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموع المناصير الاستثمارية السيد معين قداده أن المشروع يعتبر من أهم المشاريع المميزة التي بدأت المجموعة بتطويره وأن المجموعة تمد يد التعاون للجميع وتسعد باستكمال ونجاح المشاريع التي بدأت بها.
