Empower connects its District Cooling services to ‘The Residences, Dorchester Collection Dubai’ with 2,700 RT
Dubai, UAE, 28 July 2021: Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, announced that the company has started supplying the unique architectural icon, ‘The Residences Dorchester Collection Dubai’, located at the Business Bay area in Dubai, with 2,700 refrigeration tons (RT) of cooling energy.
According to Empower, the luxurious ‘Residences Dorchester Collection Dubai’ occupies a distinctive place among the world’s most opulent architectural icons. Developed by Omniyat Group, the building features engineering designs created by Foster and Partners, and is enriched by stunning interior designs by the Parisian Gilles & Boissier. It encompasses two interconnected towers similar to the hanging gardens of Babylon, one of which houses The Dorchester Collection’s tenth hotel and the other is an elite residential tower.
The 32-storey residential tower embraces 39 fully furnished apartments, ranging in size from 3,900 sq ft to 10,100 sq ft, with two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. At the 30th, 31st and 32nd floors lie 6 elegant four -and five – bedroom – penthouses exclusively designed to create a private, high-quality and exquisite lifestyle for the world’s most affluent cognoscenti. With 17,700 square feet of space, towering ceilings and expansive uninterrupted sea views, each penthouse features its own private pool overlooking the spectacular city of Dubai.

أعلنت مؤسسة الإمارات لأنظمة التبريد المركزي “إمباور” أكبر مزود لخدمات تبريد المناطق في العالم، بدء تزويد الأيقونة المعمارية الفريدة ” ذا رزيدنسز دورتشيستر كولكشن دبي” والواقعة في منطقة الخليج التجاري بدبي بـ 2,700 طن تبريد.
وأوضحت المؤسسة أن برجي ” ذا رزيدنسز دورتشستر كولكشن دبي” الفاخران يعدان من أفخم الأيقونات المعمارية في العالم والذي طورتهما مجموعة أمنيات، وأبدعت شركة فوستر اند بارتنرز Foster and Partners بالتصاميم الهندسية، وأغنتهما Parisian Gilles & Boissier العالمية العريقة بتصاميم داخلية مذهلة. ويضم المشروع برجين مترابطين يحاكيان الحدائق المعلقة في بابل، أحدهما يضم الفندق العاشر Dorchester Collection الشهير والآخر برج سكني للنخبة. يضم البرج السكني المكون من 32 طابقًا، 39 وحدة سكنية مفروشة بالكامل، تتراوح مساحتها من 3,900 قدمًا مربعًا إلى 10,100 قدمًا مربعاً، و يتراوح عدد غرف النوم في كل شقة من اثنين إلى أربعة. ويقدم أيضاً 6 بنتهاوس أنيقة تقع في الطابق 30 و 31 و 32 ومؤلفة من أربع وخمس غرف نوم مصممة حصريًا لخلق أسلوب حياة خاص وعالي الجودة وفخم لكوجنوسينتي الفاخرة في العالم. تبلغ مساحة كل بنتهاوس حوالي 17,700 قدمًا مربعاً مع أسقف شاهقة ومناظر شاسعة غير متقطعة ومواجهة للبحر، ويحتوي على مسبح خاص به يطل على مدينة دبي المذهلة.
