Azizi Developments’ Berton in Al Furjan records 65% construction milestone
Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced the 65% per cent completion of Berton, an exceptionally well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubai’s emerging growth corridor, Al Furjan.
In line with its commitment to timely delivery, Azizi Developments aims to complete the 245-unit development, which comprises 190 studio units, 41 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well 16 luxurious penthouses, by the end of 2021.
Currently, Berton’s structure is 100% complete, while the blockwork and internal plastering are at 98 and 91 per cent respectively. Elevator works are now 95% complete. Azizi has also recorded a 27 per cent completion of the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), with façade works and tiling both having reached 67 and 65 per cent respectively. Overall finishes are now at 50%.

أعلنت عزيزي للتطوير العقاري، شركة التطوير العقاري الخاصة الرائدة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، عن إنجاز 65% من بيرتون، مشروعها السكني الذي يتمتع بموقع استراتيجي استثنائي في الفرجان التي تمثل قلب منطقة النمو الناشئة بدبي.
وبالتماشي مع التزامها بتسليم مشاريعها في الوقت المحدد مسبقاً، تهدف عزيزي إلى إنجاز هذا المشروع المكون من 245 وحدة، تضم 190 استوديو، و 41 شقة من غرفة واحدة، و 14 شقة من غرفتين، إضافة إلى 16 وحدة بنتهاوس فاخرة، وذلك بحلول نهاية العام الجاري 2021.
واكتمل حالياً هيكل بيرتون بنسبة 100%، بينما بلغت نسبة إنجاز أعمال الطابوق والتكسية الداخلية إلى 98 و 91% على التوالي، في حين وصلت أعمال المصاعد إلى 95%. وأنجزت عزيزي المرحلة الثانية من الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتمديدات الصحية بنسبة 27%، كما تم إنجاز أعمال الواجهات والسيراميك بنسبة 67 و 65% على التوالي، بينما بلغت نسبة التشطيبات الإجمالية 50%.
