This was why the owners of Beef Stock restaurant in Saudi Arabia knew exactly who to turn to.
They were looking for a restaurant design which was able to combine luxury with an exuberant, American-style atmosphere. After consulting with the clients, Sazar Design set to work and with an innovative use of colour, lighting, furnishings and indoor planting, gave Beef Stock restaurant a unique, fresh, contemporary look which made it the perfect go-to place for relaxed but stylist American dining, exactly as the client wanted.
This made it a clear winner of Luxury Lifestyle Awards in the category of The Best Luxury Commercial Interior Design for the project Beef Stock restaurant in Saudi Arabia.

عن مشروعها في مطعم “بيف ستوك”
بهدف توفير تجربة مطعم فريدة، فإن أصحاب مطعم “بيف ستوك” في المملكة العربية السعودية قد أدركوا تمامًا من يلجأون إليه.
تعتمد “سزار ديزاين” Sazar Design، وهي شركة هندسة وتصميم إبداعية تأسست عام 2013، على تعزيز مفهومها في مجال الفن العلمي للتصميم الداخلي، هذا بالإضافة إلى التركيز في مهمتها على تزويد عملائها بتصاميم عالية الجودة وبيئة جمالية خالية من الشوائب، وهذا بالضبط ما كان يبحث عنه أصحاب مطعم“بيف ستوك” Beef Stock .
من هنا، حرصت “سزار ديزاين” على تصميم المشروع وتلبية احتياجات وأذواق أصحاب “بيف ستوك” مع التزامها بميزانية محدّدة، وتمكنت من تقديم بيئةجمالية فريدة للمطعم، مما أدى إلى جذب انتباه لجنة تحكيم جوائز “لاكشري لايف ستايل” Luxury Lifestyle Awards العالمية والفوز بلقب أفضل تصميم داخلي تجاري فاخر في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهمة كانت في تصميم مطعم قادر على الجمع بين الفخامة والأجواء الأميركية المرحة. وبعد الاستشارات الأولية مع العميل، استوحى التصميم من هوية وخدمة المطعم، التي تتطلب عكس البساطة لكونه يقوم بتقديم أطباق تعود لأصل أمريكي. طبقت الهوية في التصميم من خلال الأشكال والألوان، حيث انه تم اعتماد المنحنيات والألوان الداكنة. ولتحقيق التناقض في الالوان والاشكال بعنصر واحد وهو قطع الرخام الأحمر في الارضية التي تتكون من زوايا حادة كـإحياء من اللحوم والسكاكين.
وقد أثبت النهج الذي تتبعه “سزار ديزاين” في سياستها مع العملاء مدى عمقها في التفكير ومراعاتها لحاجاتهم، حيث عمل كلا الفريقين جنبًا إلى جنب في كل خطوة من العملية، منتقلان من مرحلة إلى أخرى، إلى أن وصلا إلى خاتمة سعيدة ترضي الجميع.
ولإضفاء أجواء المطعم الأميركي وفق ذوق العميل وهوية المطعم، أثبتت“سزار ديزاين” أيضًا مدى إبداعها في ابتكار ألوان وإضاءة وزراعة داخلية باهرة، مما أعطى مطعم “بيف ستوك” مظهرًا فريدًا وجديدًأ ومعاصرًا، وجعله مكانًأ مثاليًا لتناول الطعام الأميركي ضمن أجواء مرحة ومريحة، وكما أراده العميل تمامًا.
