In less than a year, the fund has Grossed _77.59__ Million USD in Assets under Management making it one of the largest Islamic Fixed Maturity Funds not just in UAE but in the entire MENA region. The Shari’a Compliant Fund has a final maturity in December 2024 and aims to provide income by investing mainly in global Sukuks, while offering a targeted annual income of 7.33% with a consistent monthly pay out distribution.
The fund that seeks to generate an attractive risk-adjusted total return through a Shari’a Compliant Salam mechanism has delivered a total return of 9.75% since its inception nine months ago. This includes a dividend distribution of 5.50% since inception and a monthly payout of 0.63%.
The Islamic FMF has attracted significant interest from high net-worth individuals across the market as well as several key institutional investors.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، (“ايتوس واير”): أطلقت شركة ضمان للإستثمار، وهي إحدى شركات الخدمات المالية غير المصرفية الرائدة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، أول صندوق إسلامي للاستحقاق المُحدّد المدّة في نوفمبر 2020، حيث وضع معايير للأداء القياسي في المنطقة. وخلال أقل من عامٍ على تأسيسيه، جمع الصندوق المُحدّد المُدّة إجمالي 77.59. مليون دولار أمريكي من الأصول المُدارة، ما جعله أحد أكبر الصناديق الإسلامية للاستحقاق المُحدّد المدّة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا ككل. ويحين موعد استحقاق هذا الصندوق المُحدّد المدّة المتوافق مع قواعد الشريعة الإسلامية في ديسمبر 2021. ويهدف إلى توفير الدخل بصورة رئيسية عن طريق الاستثمار في الصكوك العالمية، فيما يُوفّر دخلاً سنوياً مستهدفاً يبلغ 7.33 في المائة عبر توزيع دفعات شهرية متساوية.
وحقق الصندوق، الذي يسعى لتوليد عائدات إجمالية مُعدّلة المخاطر متوافقة مع قواعد الشريعة الإسلامية، عائدات إجمالية بلغت 9.75 في المائة منذ تأسيسه قبل تسعة أشهر. ويشمل ذلك توزيع أرباح بنسبة 5.50 في المائة منذ تأسيسه ودفعات شهرية بنسبة 0.63 في المائة.
وحظي هذا الصندوق الإسلامي للاستحقاق المُحدّد المدّة باهتمام كبير من قِبل الأفراد ذوي الملاءة المالية العالية في السوق، بالإضافة إلى عدد من المستثمرين المؤسساتيين.
