Abu Dhabi, UAE, October 2021 – The award-winning Thai restaurant Silk & Spice at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche is reopening its doors to dazzle patrons again. A favorite among Thai cuisine lovers in the capital, Silk & Spice takes guests on an exotic journey bursting with bold, vibrant flavors and exuding authenticity.
A showcase of elegance and creativity, synonymous with freshness and bold vibrant flavours, savor Thai delicacies and allow your taste buds to explore rich textures. Inspired by the Lotus Flower, an auspicious symbol of beauty, purity, majesty and grace, the restaurant’s extensive offerings are crafted to not only serve pure Thai tastes but to also showcase true craftmanship through the sophisticated art of plating. Expect bold flavors with an artful take on classic dishes such as Thai Green Curry, Phad Thai, Green Papaya Salad, and Mango Sago in Coconut Milk.
Complementing the diverse flavours is the equally impressive “Siam” Bar featuring signature creative mixes with distinctly Thai inspiration and carefully curated grape choices ready to be paired with your gastronomic flair.
With uninterrupted views of the Corniche and Arabian Gulf, Silk & Spice combines the traditional sights and sounds of Thailand with timeless elegance.
With your choice of set dining options and extensive à la carte dining options, Silk & Spice is open from Monday to Saturday, 12pm – 3 :30pm and 7pm – 11pm.

يعاود مطعم سيلك أند سبايس التايلاندي – الحائز على جوائز عدة – في فندق سوفيتل أبو ظبي الكورنيش فتح أبوابه ليبهر ضيوفه مرة أخرى بأجوائه ونكهاته التايلاندية المميزة. فهو يعد المكان المفضل لدى عشاق المطبخ التايلاندي في العاصمة، حيث يأخذ المطعم ضيوفه في رحلة فريدة مليئة بالنكهات الجريئة والنابضة بالحياة والأصالة بأطباق تتمثل في الإبداع والابتكار. تذوق الأطباق التايلاندية الغنية واللذيذة.
تم تصميم قائمة طعام جديدة ومنوعة ليس فقط لتقديم المأكولات التايلاندية فحسب، بل وأيضاً لإبراز الحرفية الحقيقية من خلال فن تشكيل الطعام على الأطباق. توقع نكهات جريئة مع تجربة رائعة للأطباق الكلاسيكية مثل الكاري الأخضر التايلاندي والباد تاي وسلطة البابايا الخضراء ومانجو ساجو بحليب جوز الهند.

تفضل بالاختيار من بين قوائم الطعام المنوعة وخيارات شاسعة من الأطباق الفردية الأخرى خلال أوقات عمل المطعم من يوم الاثنين إلى يوم السبت، من الساعة 12 ظهراً حتى الساعة 3:30 مساءً. ومن الساعة 7 مساءً حتى الساعة 11 مساءً.
