The report, which provides analysis on the findings of a survey of 7,261 hybrid workers from the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Poland and the UAE, also revealed that 31.20 percent of the workers cited brainstorming and collaboration with their colleagues as some of the key reasons for their eventual return to the office with 40.70 percent of female workers compared to 26.22 percent of workers concurring.
