have Signed a Strategic Agreement with JAGGAER to Enhance Purchasing Operations
The seven-year agreement will enhance purchasing processes, Sourcing and contract management for the Fujairah Government

JAGGAER and The Finance Department for Fujairah Government in cooperation with Fujairah E-Government has officially announced a new seven-year partnership during a signing ceremony which took place today at GITEX Technology Week 2021. The partnership will see the government department transform their sourcing and supplier management processes through the implementation of JAGGAER’s source-to-pay platform, JAGGAER ONE.
The intuitive platform will enable better sourcing decisions, faster cycle times, and streamlined data processes for enhanced collaboration and supplier relationships through capabilities including electronic sourcing and supplier and contract management.
H.E Sheikh Eng. Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Saif Al Sharqi Director, Fujairah E-Government Department, said, “JAGGAER’s SaaS-based source to pay solution was the ideal fit for our requirements and aligned perfectly with our business strategy.”

“Through the JAGGAER ONE system, the Finance Department will leverage a series of benefits via digital source-to-pay solutions. These include safe and secure content archiving systems which will drive efficiency and agility in information retrieval, faster processes across supplier qualification, proposal comparisons, contract and order management, and negotiations.”
H.E Ahmed Alyammahi, Deputy Director of Corporate Affairs, Fujairah Finance Department, commented, “The new Supplier and Procurement platform will help the Fujairah Government Finance Department to automate procurement processes and reduce lead times.”

“The program also contributes to the implementation of Law No. (3) of 2019 regarding contracts and procurement tenders and warehouses issued on June 26, 2019.”

ستتيح الاتفاقية التي ستستمر لمدة سبع سنوات على تعزيز عمليات الشراء وإدارة التوريد والعقود لحكومة الفجيرة
دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 19 أكتوبر 2021: أعلنت جاقار والدائرة المالية في الفجيرة بالتعاون مع حكومة الفجيرة الالكترونية رسميًا عن توقيع اتفاقية جديدة مدتها سبع سنوات خلال فعاليات اليوم الثاني من أسبوع جيتكس للتقنية 2021، والذي سيشهد قيام الدائرة الحكومية بتحويل عمليات إدارة المصادر والموردين من خلال منصة “جاقار ون”، التي تتيح الإدارة الفعّالة المثلى لفعاليات المصادر الاستراتيجية وتسجيل الموردين والأداء.
ستتيح منصة “جاقار ون” اتخاذ قرارات أفضل بشأن المصادر بأوقات دورات أسرع وعمليات بيانات مبسطة لتعزيز التعاون وعلاقات الموردين في مستودع مركزي واحد سهل الاستخدام بما في ذلك عملية التوريد وأنظمة إدارة الموردين وتنفيذ العقود.
وبهذه المناسبة، قال سعادة الشيخ المهندس محمد بن حمد بن سيف الشرقي، مدير دائرة الحكومة الإلكترونية: “يعد حل جاقار القائم بشكل كامل على مفهوم ” خدمة البرمجيات السحابية ” هو الحل الأمثل لمتطلباتنا ويتماشى تمامًا مع استراتيجية أعمالنا”.
وأضاف سعادته قائلاً: ” إن عاملي الاستقلالية والاتصال عبر سلسلة التوريد الكاملة للمشتريات لدينا أمران في غاية الأهمية، حيث توفر منصة “جاقار ون” الأدوات اللازمة لتطوير علاقات أكثر موثوقية مع الموردين عبر نظام مرن وذكي، كما يمكننا أيضًا ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد من خلال تقنية المصادر الخاصة بهم، والتي تتيح لنا تقديم أفضل الخدمات مع زيادة قيمة إضافية”.
من جهته قال سعادة علي مصطفى محمد، مدير الدائرة المالية بحكومة الفجيرة خلال حفل التوقيع الرسمي للعقد على في أسبوع جيتكس للتقنية: “تسعى الدائرة المالية بحكومة الفجيرة جاهدة للمحافظة على رؤيتها بأن تحقق التميز في إدارة المال العام ورسم السياسات وتطوير التشريعات المالية لإمارة الفجيرة بما يضمن الاستدامة المالية والوفاء بالمتطلبات وفقا لأفضل الممارسات فضلاً عن تقديم مجموعة من المنتجات والخدمات الرقمية في المستقبل القريب. وتعد هذه الخطوة شهادة على روح الابتكار التي تتميز بها الدائرة وأداة فعالة لتحقيق قدر أكبر من الكفاءة والتوفير”.
وأردف سعادته قائلاً: “ستستفيد وحدات المشتريات بحكومة الفجيرة من خلال نظام “جاقار ون” من مجموعة من الفوائد عبر الحلول الرقمية من المصدر إلى الدفع، إذ يشمل ذلك أنظمة أرشفة محتوى آمنة من شأنها تعزيز الكفاءة وسرعة الحركة في استرجاع المعلومات وإجراء عمليات أسرع عبر تأهيل الموردين ومقارنات العروض وإدارة العقود والطلبات والقيام بالمفاوضات”.
بدوره علّق سعادة أحمد اليماحي، نائب المدير للشؤون المالية المؤسسية في الدائرة المالية لحكومة الفجيرة قائلاً: “سوف تساعد منصة الموردين والمشتريات الجديد الدائرة المالية بحكومة الفجيرة على أتمتة إجراءات عمليات الشراء وتقليل الفترة الزمنية. حيث تعتبر منصة جاقار ون متطلب لحوكمة الأعمال ومتطلبات ادارة الجودة وتحتم على الجهات الحكومية المضي قدما في توقيع مثل هذه النوعية من الاتفاقيات بحيث تضمن جودة المخرجات المستهدفة، وتسهل حوكمة الاعمال وترقى بالعمليات التشغيلية في إدارة المشتريات والموردين والعقود الالكترونية كما تساهم المنصة في تطبيق قانون رقم (3) لسنه 2019 بشأن العقود والمشتريات والمناقصات والمستودعات الصادر في 26 يونيو 2019”.
وفي ذات السياق، علق هاني مصبح، نائب الرئيس للمبيعات في الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا لدى شركة جاقار قائلاً: “نحن فخورين جداً بدعم الدائرة المالية في الفجيرة وحكومة الفجيرة الالكترونية في جهودها للتحول الرقمي من خلال استخدام نظام التوريد إلى الدفع الخاص بنا. ومن خلال الاعتماد على نهج تحويلي للمشتريات، سوف تتمكن دائرة المالية في الفجيرة على إطلاق العنان للقوة الكاملة للمشتريات ودفع التميز الذي سيشكل اتجاه الدائرة”.{:}
