DUBAI, 26 November 2021 – One of the world’s largest collections of Russian art, and most visited and beloved museums in Russia, the State Tretyakov Gallery, has signed an agreement with Uzbekistan’s Art and Culture Development Foundation under the country’s Ministry of Culture, at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The deal will see cooperation between the two parties in several areas, including the joint preservation of cultural heritage, the exchange of information in the fields of history, culture, museum business, and the protection of historical and cultural heritage.
The agreement will also facilitate a set of research and restoration projects, including technological research at the museum.
Gayane Umerova, Executive Director of Art and Culture Development Foundation, explained the importance of the art collection: “The collection is really unique because it’s dedicated to the Russian avant-garde, which grabbed really great attention in [Uzbekistan] because it was not taken out of the country [Russia] many times… We started to do research because there weren’t many studies of this collection, and we discovered that there are so many things that we could do together.”
The Executive Director said Expo 2020 Dubai presented a great opportunity: “It’s very exciting for us, first of all, because it’s the first national Pavilion of Uzbekistan that was built at an Expo… and we feel like we have a home inside of Dubai, like a permanent house that we can really integrate with the local communities.”
Other areas of cooperation will see the development and implementation of joint exhibition programmes and projects presenting works of art from the museum’s collection; and joint activities in the use of innovative systems and technologies such as digitisation, archiving, application of augmented reality and multimedia technologies.
{:}{:ar}دبي، 26 نوفمبر 2021 – وُقّعت اتفاقية رسمية بين مؤسسة تنمية الفن والثقافة التابعة لوزارة الثقافة بجمهورية أوزبكستان، ومعرض تريتياكوف الوطني، موطن الفن التشكيلي الروسي، وذلك خلال حفل رسمي أُقيم في الجناح الأوزبكستاني اليوم الجمعة، ضمن البرنامج الثقافي لأوزبكستان في إكسبو 2020 دبي.
نصت الاتفاقية على دراسة مجموعات متحف “سافيتسكي” الحكومي للفنون؛ وتهدف إلى إقامة علاقات شراكة وتطوير تعاون طويل الأجل وفعال ومتبادل المنفعة بين الطرفين.
وبحسب الاتفاقية، تتعهد المؤسسة والمعرض بإقامة تعاون في مجالات عديدة، كتطوير وتنفيذ برامج ومشاريع المعارض المشتركة لعرض الأعمال الفنية من مقتنيات المتحف، وكذلك العمل المشترك للأطراف في تطوير وتنفيذ الأنشطة التربوية والعلمية والثقافية، وكذلك تطوير وتنفيذ البحوث المشتركة، وتبادل البيانات العلمية في مجال الدراسة والتاريخ، والحفاظ على التراث الثقافي، وغير ذلك.
وسيؤدي توقيع هذه الاتفاقية أيضًا إلى تهيئة الظروف لتوسيع العلاقات الثقافية الدولية وتنمية التعاون مع المنظمات الثقافية الدولية والمؤسسات الخيرية في مجال الثقافة والفن.
وقّع الاتفاقية من جانب أوزبكستان جايان أوميروفا، المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة تنمية الفنون والثقافة تحت إشراف وزارة الثقافة في أوزبكستان، ومن الجانب الروسي زلفيرا تريغولوفا، المديرة العامة لمعرض تريتياكوف الروسي.
وقالت أوميروفا: “بدأنا قبل أربع سنوات في تطوير العلاقات. وبمجرد تشكيل المؤسسة في أوزبكستان، تم تحضير الإعلانات التأسيسية لدعم المبادرات الجديدة للرئيس الجديد في ذلك الوقت. بدأنا العمل بشكل وثيق مع المتحف واكتشفنا أن هناك الكثير من الأشياء التي يمكننا القيام بها معا؛ وها نحن اليوم نوقع (الاتفاقية) في دبي، إذ يعد إكسبو 2020 دبي، ليس حدثا ثقافيا فقط، بل فرصة لحوارنا المفتوح مع الخارج ومع المجتمع الروسي”.–{:}
