30th November, 2021, Dubai, UAE: Spreading the Spirit of Union by planting 50 trees across all its facilities, representatives of Thumbay Healthcare along with Indian Association Ajman , top management and COO’s, Thumbay University Hospital staff, faculty and the community came together earlier in the day today to celebrate the UAE’s 50th National Day and commemoration day. Series of events and activities were conducted that highlighted the importance of the history of the union while the team remained silent honoring the martyrs who have fallen as the flag was raised half-mast. 50% discount on OPD consultations throughout all the specialties was also announced on the occasion.
The offer will run for two days on 30th November from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and 1st December from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 24×7 Emergency departments, Laboratory and Pharmacy will be operational on both the days and residents can enjoy 15% discount on all services of Lab & Radiology.

The attendees from Thumbay Healthcare and Indian Association Ajman were delighted as they came dressed in UAE flag colours while some donned the national dress to celebrate the rich culture and heritage of UAE. They also participated in the Thumbay Healthcare Division’s green initiative of planting 50 Trees across its hospital premises in Ajman, Fujairah, Sharjah, and Dubai that promises to leave a legacy and be remembered for years to come. The initiative is the Healthcare major’s step towards restoration of the ecosystem, through this Thumbay Group hopes to inspire an internal culture of environmental protection.

نشر روح الاتحاد من خلال غرس 50 شجرة في جميع مستشفياتها، حيث اجتمع اليوم ممثلون عن قطاع الرعاية الصحية بمجموعة ثومبي ، والإدارة العليا ومديري التشغيل بالقطاع ، وموظفوا مستشفى ثومبي الجامعي، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والكادر الأكاديمي وأفراد من المجتمع وانضم إليهم ممثلون من الرابطة الهندية بعجمان،وذلك للاحتفال بيوم الشهيد وباليوم الوطني الخمسين لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وفي ضوء هذا الإحتفال اجريت العديد من الفعاليات والأنشطة التي سلطت الضوء على تاريخ الاتحاد و أهمية روح الإتحاد ،مع الوقوف دقيقة صمت دعاءً للشهدء وتنكيس الأعلام.
وضمن فعاليات الإحتفال بهذه المناسبة تم الإعلان عن تقديم خصم 50٪ على الاستشارات الطبية بجميع التخصصات في العيادات الخارجية. ، ويسري هذا العرض لمدة يومين: 30 نوفمبر من الساعة 9:00 صباحًا إلى 9:00 مساءً و 1 ديسمبر من 11:00 صباحًا إلى 7:00 مساءً. كما يعمل كل من أقسام الطوارئ والمختبر والصيدلة لخدمة المرضى على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع ، ويمكن للمرضى الإنتفاع بخصم 15٪ على جميع خدمات المختبر والأشعة.

وكانت السعادة تغمر الحضور من قطاع الرعاية الصحية بمجموعة ثومبي والجمعية الهندية بعجمان حيث ارتدوا ألوان العلم الإماراتي بينما ارتدى البعض الزي الوطني احتفاءً بالثقافة والتراث الغني لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. كما شاركوا في المبادرة الخضراء بزراعة 50 شجرة عبر مباني مستشفياتها في عجمان والفجيرة والشارقة ودبي والتي تعد ترك إرث سيبقى في الذاكرة لسنوات قادمة.
هذه المبادرة هي خطوة رئيسية في مجال الرعاية الصحية نحو استعادة النظام البيئي ، وتأمل مجموعة ثومبي بذلك في إلهام ثقافة داخلية لحماية البيئة.{:}
