DUBAI, 10 December 2021 – Expo 2020 Dubai visitors are being invited to ‘Reimagine Education’ and the future of schools – from tiny robots helping children take their first steps in programming, a curriculum integrating science and the arts, and fusing traditional knowledge with innovation.
The Reimagine Education visitor journey provides invaluable insights into what lies ahead for learning, as countries including Monaco, Angola, Malawi, Ireland, Jordan and the UAE adopt measures to bring educational experiences and workforce preparation up to speed with emerging technologies in the digital age.
This theme will be explored during Knowledge and Learning Week, which runs from 12-18 December, asking the question: ‘How do we harness and challenge our knowledge today to prepare for the future?’
Each stop on this journey prompts visitors to examine the future of education – from student-led thinking, to understanding digital responsibility, life skills and workforce preparation, using emerging technologies, addressed by numerous Expo 2020 Dubai-backed projects.
At the Opportunity District, Dubai Cares will provide an immersive experience exploring the transformative power of education, asking how we are preparing ourselves and future generations for increasing disruption and adaptability.
The Monaco Pavilion is showcasing a kaleidoscopic experience to provide visitors with new perspectives. The country recently launched a campaign to introduce coding as a standard subject in schools, including using tiny robots to help teach pupils programming.
Explore what life is like in Malawi and discover its rich culture, while also learning about the country’s investment, research and partnership opportunities in the education sector.
At the United Arab Emirates University Pavilion, visitors can dive into the bottom of the ocean where a unique guide will take them on a journey inspired by one of the UAE’s most treasured traditions.
Engage with Noon Library, the largest e-library for Arabic content, located in the Jordan Pavilion where visitors can explore potential partnerships.
At Terra – The Sustainability Pavilion visitors will be mesmerised by 3D-printed prototypes of creative solutions designed by young innovators across the UAE.
The Irish Pavilion showcases how the country has merged science and the arts through a pioneering curriculum.
And the Angola Pavilion combines innovative learning processes and traditional knowledge through “sustainable heritage systems”.

دبي، 10 ديسمبر 2021 – زوار إكسبو 2020 دبي مدعوون إلى جولة “التعليم من منظور جديد” وإلى الاطّلاع على مستقبل المدارس، وسيتعرّفون إلى روبوتات صغيرة تساعد الأطفال على اتخاذ خطواتهم الأولى في البرمجة، ومناهج دراسية تدمج العلوم بالفنون والمعارف التقليدية بالابتكار.
تمنح جولة “التعليم من منظور جديد” الزوار معلومات قيّمة وبالغة الأهمية عن مستقبل التعليم، حيث تعتمد دول من بينها موناكو وأنغولا ومالاوي وأيرلندا والأردن ودولة الإمارات تدابير لجعل الخبرات التعليمية، وإعداد القوى العاملة، مواكبين للتقنيات الحديثة في العصر الرقمي.
ويمكن معرفة الكثير عن هذا الموضوع في أسبوع المعرفة والتعلُّم، الذي يستمر من 12 إلى 18 ديسمبر، ويطرح السؤال التالي: “كيف نسخّر معرفتنا اليوم ونتحداها من أجل التهيؤ للمستقبل؟”

يقدم جناح موناكو تجربة كاليدوسكوب تفتح آفاقا جديدة للزوار. وقد أطلقت موناكو في الآونة الأخيرة حملة لإدخال الترميز في المناهج الدراسية، بما في ذلك استخدام روبوتات صغيرة للمساعدة في تعليم البرمجة للتلاميذ.

ستُدهش الزوار في تيرّا – جناح الاستدامة النماذجُ الثلاثية الأبعاد للحلول الإبداعية التي صممها مبتكرون شباب من جميع أنحاء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
يعرض الجناح الأيرلندي كيف دمجت أيرلندا العلوم بالفنون في منهج دراسي رائد.
ويجمع جناح أنغولا بين عمليات التعلم المبتكرة والمعارف التقليدية عبر “نُظُم التراث المستدام”.
