Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation Conducts Gifted Student Identification Assessments for 50 TALENTiFY Participants in Abu Dhabi

National collaboration supports efforts to strengthen gifted student identification and development across the UAE

Dubai, UAE, Aug 11, 2026: Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, represented by Hamdan Centre for Giftedness and Innovation, conducted assessments under its Student Talent Identification Program, including the Hamdan Giftedness Test, for approximately 50 students participating in TALENTiFY, a programme implemented by the Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC) in Abu Dhabi. The initiative forms part of cooperation between the two organisations to strengthen efforts to identify and nurture gifted students across the UAE.

The assessments included the Hamdan Giftedness Test, a scientific tool developed by Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences to identify gifted students, alongside assessments conducted as part of the Student Talent Identification Program. The process provides scientific indicators that help identify students’ potential and capabilities across different areas.

The initiative reflects Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences’ ongoing efforts to expand the application of its scientifically developed tools for gifted student identification and strengthen collaboration with national institutions involved in human capital development. These efforts support the early identification of promising abilities and the creation of environments that enable students to develop their potential in line with established scientific practices.

Hamdan Centre for Giftedness and Innovation also held an interactive session for specialists and parents, introducing the methodology behind the Hamdan Giftedness Test and the objectives of the Student Talent Identification Program. The session highlighted their role in supporting the early identification of gifted students and underscored the importance of collaboration between families and educational institutions in creating an environment that nurtures students’ abilities and helps them realise their potential.

Commenting on the initiative, H.E. Dr. Khalifa Ali Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, said that early identification of giftedness provides an essential foundation for establishing sustained development pathways for students.
