Atsas Organic Products from Cyprus has received two new Gold Awards at the Dubai Olive Oil Competition 2026, with both Atsas Silver and 7 Elies earning Gold recognition at the competition. The latest results add to a growing list of international awards received by the company during 2026.
According to the company, the new Dubai results bring the total number of Gold Awards won by Atsas Silver at the competition to five, while 7 Elies has now collected three Gold Awards, in addition to one Silver Award. Combined, Atsas products have therefore accumulated eight Gold Awards and one Silver Award at the Dubai competition.
The latest recognition comes during a particularly active year for the Cypriot producer, which has participated in a number of international olive oil competitions in 2026. Its products have received distinctions in New York, Japan, Paris, Berlin, London, Canada and Greece, highlighting the growing presence of Cypriot olive oil in international specialist competitions.
At the Paris Quality Awards – Olio Nuovo Days 2026, Atsas Gold Blend received a Gold Award in the High Phenolic category, while Atsas Silver Edition received a Silver Award. The official results list both products among the oils recognized in the High Phenolic selection.
The company also recorded strong results at the Berlin GOOA – Global Elite Olive Oil Awards 2026, where Atsas Silver Edition received a Platinum Award, Atsas Gold Blend won Gold, and 7 Elies received a Bronze Award. According to company information, the competition brought together more than 1,000 brands represented by 448 producers from 28 countries.
At the London International Olive Oil Competition 2026, Atsas Silver received a Platinum Award in the Health Claim category, while Atsas Gold Blend won Gold and 7 Elies received Silver in the Quality category. Atsas Silver also won Gold at the Canada International Olive Oil Competition in the Health Claim category, while 7 Elies received a Silver Award in the Quality category.
Atsas Organic Products Ltd was incorporated in 2012 and is headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus. Its farm is located in the Evrychou area of the Solea Valley, within Cyprus’ United Nations buffer zone. The company produces organic extra virgin olive oils, with production methods designed to preserve the natural characteristics and quality of the olives and their oil.
High-phenolic olive oils have also become an increasingly prominent category in specialist competitions. Evaluation in this field is not based solely on the numerical concentration of phenolic compounds; sensory balance, aromatic expression and overall integrity are also considered. The official Olio Nuovo Days results describe the High Phenolic category as combining scientific analysis with sensory evaluation.
The latest awards in Dubai come as Cyprus continues to seek greater international visibility for its agricultural and food products. For Atsas, repeated recognition across different international competitions provides an indication of the consistency of its products within an increasingly competitive premium olive oil market, while also giving Cypriot olive oil greater exposure beyond the island.
With the two new Dubai Gold Awards added to its 2026 record, Atsas continues to expand its international awards portfolio while maintaining a connection to Cyprus’ long-standing olive-growing heritage and developing its presence in international markets.
