Sunday, February 24th saw 775 tri-athletes from 58 take part in So Sri Lanka IRONMAN 70.3 Colombo that commenced at 615am. The race began with a 1.9km swim on Galle Face, followed by a 90km three- loop through the Colombo Port, Colombo Fort Area and Marine Drive and finishing with a two-loop half marathon through the Colombo Port that ended at Galle Face Green. 22 top Middle East Triathletes Headed for so Sri Lanka Ironman Triathlon Colombo

SriLankan Airlines, the Official Airline Partner of the forthcoming IRONMAN® 70.3® event scheduled to take place in Colombo on 24th February announced that as many as 22 triathletes have so far confirmed their participation and several more are expected to participate.
